At Play Patch, we want you to be happy with your toy purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you may request a return or refund within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return or refund:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

Certain items, such as sale items, gift cards, or personalized products, are not eligible for return.
Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.
Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at info@playpatch.com within 15 days of delivery.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or we shipped the wrong product.
