Return & Refund Policy

At Play Patch, we want you to be happy with your toy purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you may request a return or refund within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or refund:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

  • Certain items, such as sale items, gift cards, or personalized products, are not eligible for return.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at info@playpatch.com within 15 days of delivery.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or we shipped the wrong product.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
